Hi,
Did anyone here shipped wholesale package from USA to Canada?
Please let me know the workflows and the applicable tax, customs etc.
Or customs is free since there is NAFTA applicable.

I want to sell as an individual not as a business for the beginning on market places like eBay, Amazon here in Canada.

Anyone please point some resources.

Thanks.

Hi Jojan,

When dealing with wholesalers and manufacturers, one thing you agree upon is the responsibility of customs documentations and import duties before selling their items online. Some suppliers assist you with the procedure but normally, its your responsibility to arrange Customs clearance and payment of import duties. You can inquire your local authorities about this but an option of hiring a freight forwarder or customs broker can help dodge the tedious process. For smaller items though, you can use UPS or DHL as their services already includes duties in the shipping price.
